Bio
I grew up in Plano, Texas and graduated from The University of North Texas receiving my B.B.A. in Finance. I am a girl dad of two amazing kids, Madison and Sophia. My passions outside of work involve spending time with my family, coaching my girls basketball teams, and attending all of their sporting events. I am an avid bass fisherman and fish tournaments during my free time, which is becoming more rare by the day. More importantly, being a faithful Christian and involvement in my church has always been a priority in my life. I started my career at Fidelity Investments in 2007. During the time, I was a newly licensed representative taking inbound calls from investors all over the country placing trades and servicing their accounts. Meanwhile, little did anyone know that we were about to experience the worst financial crisis since the great depression. In 2008, banks began to fail because of the sub-prime lending, and within a span of a month most Americans saw their nest egg decrease by 40-50%. I will never forget the emotional conversations I had with people needing advice regarding what to do. Ultimately, many Americans who were planning on retiring were forced to work longer because they weren't prepared for that type of decline in their portfolio. That is when I knew I wanted to become a Financial Advisor. That experience led me wanting to help people understand the importance of financial planning, and to make good financial decisions allowing them to reach their goals and live a better life.
